This notice explains how eMFusion Global collects and uses personal information when you use this website, contact us, or work with us as a client or candidate.

Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number and message when you contact us.
• Talent pool and applications: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, location, sector, the kind of role you’re looking for, your CV and anything else you choose to share.
• Recruitment: notes from our conversations with you, interview feedback and, where a role requires it, information needed for references, right-to-work and onboarding checks.
• Website use: information collected by cookies and similar technologies, as described in the cookie section below.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

• To find, assess and introduce candidates for roles, and to keep in touch about suitable opportunities: our legitimate interests in running a recruitment business, or your consent where we ask for it (for example, when you join the talent pool).
• To respond to enquiries and provide services to clients: to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform that contract.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as right-to-work checks: legal obligation.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it: your consent, given through our cookie banner.

We will only send your CV or details to a client with your agreement.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with clients considering you for a role (with your agreement), and with service providers who help us run our business, including our website hosting provider (WPX), our recruitment software provider (Recruit CRM), our marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot) and our analytics provider (Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit). They may only use your information on our instructions.

International transfers

We work with clients in the UK, Europe and North America, so your information may be sent outside the UK. When it is, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate information only for as long as it helps us find you suitable roles. We review it regularly and delete it when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to. We keep client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@emfusionglobal.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
